  3. 1 sachet sucre vanillé
  4. environ 6 g de levure de boulanger (1/4)
  5. 100 ml lait
  6. 1 morceau de sucre
  7. 1 œuf
  8. 75 g beurre fondu

  1. Préparer les ingrédients
  2. Faire fondre le beurre au micro-ondes.
    Dans un bol mettre le lait, le morceau de sucre et la levure, faire fondre le tout en mélangeant.
  3. Dans la cuve du robot mettre la farine en mettant de côté 2 grosses cas, ajouter l'œuf, le sel et le sucre vanillé, mélanger à vitesse 3, au bout de 30 secondes verser le beurre fondu puis la préparation lait, sucre et levure encore pendant 30 secondes, puis mettre les 2 cas restantes et continuer à mélanger 30 secondes
  4. Ouvrir le robot et finir de pétrir la pâte à la spatule
  5. Préchauffer le four à 50°C. Mettre la pâte dans le moule Tablette, avec les doigts farinés étaler la pâte.
    Une fois le four chaud éteindre et y mettre le moule dedans et laisser reposer 2 heures.
  6. Au bout des 2 heures sortir le moule, préchauffer le four à 180°C, badigeonner
    Mettre une bonne couche de sucre, 5 à 6 noisettes de beurre mettre un peu lait en tâches puis au four environ 15 minutes dans le moule Tablette, la pointe du coût doit ressortir sèche et le dessus ne doit pas dorer
