  1. Dans un saladier mettez vos morceaux de viande, l'oignon haché, l'huile, les epices et de préférence laissez les toute la nuit mais sinon mettez dans la cocotte puis ajouter 1demi vers d'eau et laissez mijoter
  2. Après 10min ajouter la totalité de l'eau et les légumes et les poichiches et moi personnellement j'ai ajouter un piment
  3. Lavez les graines de couscous et mettez les dans la passoire pour les égoutter versé les ensuite dans un grand saladier ajouter le sel et l'huile et mettez le mélange dans la couscousière et laissez s'évaporé et répété cette étape mais cette fois ajouter l'eau. une fois cette 2ème étape terminée redeposer le couscous dans le saladier et ajouter le beurre
  4. Mettez le couscous ajouter par dessus la sauce et garnir avec les légumes et le poichiche et le piment c'est optionnel
